Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meetly platform ("Platform"), operated by HOUSE OF CODE COMPANY LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Bookings

The Platform facilitates bookings between users ("Clients") and professionals ("Experts"). When you book a consultation:

• You agree to pay the stated fees for the consultation
• You understand that booking confirmation is subject to Expert availability
• You agree to attend scheduled sessions or provide timely notice of cancellation
• You acknowledge that the quality of advice depends on the individual Expert

Payments

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. By making a payment, you agree that:

• You authorize us to charge the designated payment method
• All fees are in the currency specified at the time of booking
• Prices may vary based on Expert rates and session types
• We may use third-party payment processors subject to their terms

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by Expert. Generally:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before a session may be eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows may not be eligible for refunds
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary based on your financial institution

Specific cancellation terms are displayed before each booking is confirmed.

User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Experts
• Attempt to circumvent Platform fees or booking systems
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of Expert advice
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for the conduct of Experts or other users

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of HOUSE OF CODE COMPANY LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the Platform

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
